Confidentiality
Keeping your confidential information confidential is key in
our business. We always ask to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure
agreements that protect our members’ organisations.
When you take part in a study, you are given a number and letter,
and your company’s identity will never be shared. We do
not ever ask questions or audit new services or products in your
area.
When we do our in-depth interviews and get your teams to complete
interviews, the respondents are only identified by role, and
we either do not share or even collect information they supply
that could be used to identify them.
Our Sales and Marketing Networks (SSMNs) are members only, invitation
only. Substitution of members or sending along replacements is
not permitted. Only expert advise from B4P consultants
or external specialists is published and circulated, post-meeting.
Privacy Statement
B4P Pty Ltd complies and operates in accordance
with the provisions of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector)
Act 2000 and the National Privacy Principles (NPP) published
by the Privacy Commissioner and a copy of which can be obtained
from the Privacy Commissioner's website at www.privacy.gov.au.
B4P will only collect personal information from you in accordance
with our Privacy Policy that can be obtained by contacting us.
You will be able to access and browse our website without disclosing
personal information.
Personal information collected from you will only be used for
the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy and for which it
was intended and collected. We will not disclose your personal
information to any third party, except where required by law
or government regulation.
B4P will take reasonable safeguards to ensure that records held
by it, and which contain your personal information, are protected
against loss, against unauthorised access, disclosure, use or
modification, and against other misuse.
B4P will continue to collect any information it must have in
order to deliver the diverse range of products and services to
clients and the public but will not disclose this to other parties,
without your authorisation.
